Description

In "Swim 102/103" (formerly L1), your child will learn to swim a basic Front Crawl Stroke thru a drill-oriented approach--coupled with unique skill progressions for the following: Signup Now

• First-time Submersion
• Breath Holding
• Breath Control
• Front Kicking
• Back Kicking
• In-line Kicking
• Paddle Stroke
• Front Crawl (Freestyle without side breathing)

Upon mastering the "Swim 102/103" skills, your child will advance to "Swim Strokes 202/203" where he/she will learn to swim the formal strokes of Freestyle with Side Breathing and Backstroke.
